Tools can now be managed in one place: teams can keep photos and documents, track current condition, record inspections or service events, and assign equipment to employees, crews, warehouses or jobs.
The leads section now includes status metrics and a filter for reviewing leads over a selected time period.
Managers can assess the pipeline faster: how many leads are active, which stages they are in and how the workload changes by day, week, month or another selected period. This helps track dynamics, spot bottlenecks and keep active requests under control.
Sales and services are no longer mixed with jobs, and only services count toward the plan limit.
Previously jobs, sales and one-off services lived in the same process and could all affect the plan limit. These entities are now separated: sales are tracked independently, one-off services have their own logic, and only services are counted toward the tariff limit.
A new subjects database helps store legal customers and use their details in documents.
Subjects make it easier to keep legal customer data, requisites and document relationships in a structured place. This reduces manual entry and makes proposals, contracts, invoices and completion acts more consistent.
The main menu is clearer, with sections grouped more logically around daily workflows.
